Over the past month, 9 girls in our viBeExpress program (Ashley Begina Cheyenne Gloria Jencelyn Madeline Natasha Sharde and Victoria) have created and refined a spectacular group show entitled “BeautyFullyStrippeD”. The show features music and choreography created by these courageous and creative girls, and explores the issues most important to ALL girls in New York City and beyond. Join us on April 25th at the Playroom Theatre (151 W. 46th St. , New York, New York) at 7:30 p.m. for this FREE performance!!
On Wednesday, April 4th, our viBeSolos girls performed for students at Erasmus High School and then facilitated a post-performance workshop with 20 young women using our brand new, “Girls Life Adventure 2.0″ guidebook! Each participant was given a copy of this valuable resource for girls everywhere!

Tryouts for our Summer Projects!
Are you (or someone you know!) looking for a place to write and perform from your own voice?
Then our SUMMER PROJECTS just might be the place for you!
We offer a creative safe space for New York City high school girls (ages 13-19) to create, rehearse, design, and present personal and truthful collaborative performances.
In our upcoming projects, we will be working with groups of young women to combine poetry, acting, monologues, dancing, dialogue, singing, songwriting and MORE through collaboration to create uncensored performances AND creating an original song and music video saying what it is they want and need to say to the world. Our programs and performances are FREE!

Our tryout/info sessions are FUN!
You can just come and bring something, ANYTHING, you want to share with us. That can be an original song or a previously recorded one or a dance piece or a monologue or a poem reading or really ANYTHING that YOU would enjoy sharing.
And if you can’t find anything, we’ll have some things at the tryout/info session that you can choose from!
Also, girls can bring friends with them to tryouts!
