internship opportunities working with viBeGirls!

viBe is often looking for interns with a passion for girls’ empowerment through theater! We offer the opportunity for you to work alongside our professional teaching artists and learn the how we create original theater with girls – hands-on! we would love to invite new artists/educators into our devising and performance-making processes.

As an intern, your responsibilities might include: assistant directing, coaching acting, stage managing the performances and helping out administratively with the programs. You would come to rehearsals, assist the program director, lead some activities, support and guide the girls (most of whom have little theater/performance experience) toward creating their original solo shows that express what they need to say to the world, uncensored.

We also offer internships in marketing & PR, nonprofit fundraising and outreach/recruitment.
