Chandra Thomas

Chandra has worked and studied as a performing artist and writer for over 15 years. As a teaching artist, she teaches improvisation, collaborative play development, performance technique, and the business of acting to young and adult artists. She has held teaching appointments at Creative Arts Team at the City University of New York, New York Film Academy, the University of Minnesota, Make A Stand, Inc., and Webster University. Chandra graduated, with honors, with a BA in Theatre Arts and BA in Sociology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and holds an MFA in Acting from Columbia University in the City of New York. Chandra co-founded viBe in Summer 2002 and currently serves as Director of Programming.
