Taylor Azi Zachary (Azi) is a Tax Sale Analyst with Tax Sale Quarterly™, a quarterly newsletter producing research and analysis on California's tax defaulted real estate market. He is pursuing the Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) credential, which signifies a specialty in enterprise risk management.

After hours, Taylor Zachary performs improvisational jazz under the pseudonym Azi Taylor, at San Francisco's historic Kensington Hotel and SF Playhouse Theater. Taylor is developing himself into the niche of performing arts treasury direction. 

Prior to joining the board, Taylor gained 3 years of tax experience, freelanced as a ghost writer, and interned with Split This Rock, an international poetry organization in Washington D.C. Taylor is committed to reducing financial stress on operations with disciplined fiscal policy application. He has an open door policy for the community to enhance their financial literacy.
